Chase the Hot Lead
For professional sales people these last few days of the year are the time to chase hot leads. Close the deals. This is not really the time to cold call or develop prospects. Use these last few business days of the year to wrap up the sell. Some clients will be compelled to use their budgets before 12/31...help them. Don't just let thoughts of vacation and sugarplums dance in your head. Review your files and finish the year strong. When January commission time rolls around you will be glad you did.
