I'm here in my office hard at work and I've discovered something. I'm drinking more water...not coffee or a soft drink because it's suppose to make me healthier. According to Google Answers, you and I should drink 8-10 eight ounce cups a day. That's a lot of H2O.
Honestly, the largest effect it has had on me are the nonstop trips to the men's room. :)
